You can have a freelancer work with his/her team exclusively to work on your project. 88% of employers who paid someone through Elance.com were generally satisfied with the work.

It can’t be denied that the most convenient way to try to hire someone would be to scour the net for a nice freelance website. There, you can easily view detailed freelancer profiles including their work experiences, portfolios, and ratings. You may even see their rates upfront.
